I. Scope of Application:

Units that employ staff and workers shall, within 30 days as of the date of employment, go through the procedures for establishing accounts for staff and workers who have not yet set up personal housing accumulation fund accounts.

II. Handling Place:

The housing accumulation fund business branch of CCB in the place where the housing accumulation fund account of the unit is located.

III. Requirements:

1.To set up an account for remittance and payment, a duly filled and affixed official seal of the unit or special seal for housing accumulation fund business "List of Changes in the Remittance and Payment of Shanghai Housing ACCUMULATION FUND" in duplicate shall be provided; To set up an account, a duly filled and affixed official seal of the unit or special seal for housing accumulation fund business, Shanghai Municipal Housing Provident Fund Supplementary Payment List, shall be provided in duplicate.

2.For foreign and overseas permanent (long-term) residency to Shanghai staff to set up the personal housing accumulation fund account, shall provide the worker overseas talent Shanghai residence permit (or the original "Shanghai residence permit" B certificate), "the foreigner employment permit", "approved to settle down in Shanghai foreign personnel employment card", "the foreigner permanent residence id card" etc. The original or copy of one of the above-mentioned documents.

IV. Procedures:

The unit shall provide the necessary materials -- the housing accumulation fund business branch of the construction bank in the place where the unit's housing accumulation fund account is located shall review and handle it.

V. Time limit for handling:

Not more than 3 working days if all procedures are complete.

2. Application Conditions:

Website version: Login with the One-Card Certificate of Legal Person (the fund account has been added and the fund application has been opened), the fund special certificate or the electronic business license.

Client: Login with the One-Card Certificate of Legal Person (the fund account has been added and the fund application has been opened), the special fund certificate, and the 1-5 generation fund card.

3. Time limit: on the spot.

4. Employees who are foreign nationals and employees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in Shanghai cannot apply for the establishment of online personal housing provident fund account at present.
