1. Application Conditions:
(1).the borrower or the co-borrowerisan employeewho normally pay housing provident fundin outside provinces(does not include other provinces voluntary depositors), If the applicant or the co-applicant has one person to deposithousing provident fund in other provincesand loan in this city, which all regard as different place loan;
(2).Meeting the requirements of real estate regulation policies stipulated by the national and municipal;
(3).The loan applicant's family and the co-applicant's family have no or only one historical loan times of provident fundin the whole country;
(4).The loan applicant and the co-applicant must be the owner who purchase the self owned housing with ownership in this city and be able to provide the relevant contract or supporting documents, identification certificate, down payment certificate and other materials accordance with the regulations;
(5).Employees who pay housing provident fund in other provincesapply for provident fund loans in this cityŁ¬must meet the city provident fund loan conditions and other conditions stipulated by the city provident fund management committee or the city public welfare center.

District business departments of Shanghai Housing Real Estate Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd;
3. Application Requirements:
1. Proof of off-site provident fund: original certificate of deposit and use of housing provident fund for loan workers in different places, original deposit details of provident fund with local provident fund center seal.
2. The original ID card of the worker who pay housing provident fund in other provincesand spouse, and fill in the "Personal Credit Information Inquiry Authorization Letter".
3 Proof of marriage: The worker who pay housing provident fund in other provincesshall provide the original and copy of marriage certificate for married person. Singles need to fill out a single undertaking
4.People present:
The worker who pay housing provident fund in other provincesand spouse.
If there is any person who cannot be present, a notarial certificate (the notarial certificate should specify the relevant entrusted matters) issued by a notary organization and the original trustee ID card shall be provided.
5. Handling process:
Submit application for review--the review of certificate of deposit and use of Housing Provident Fund for loan workers in different places--Inform review results--Handle provident fund loans.
6.Processing time limit:
If the loan application materials are complete, the time limit will be not more than 7 working days.
