2.A copy of the cancellation certificate issued by the industrial and commercial authorities, tax authorities or other administrative authorities or the documents issued by the people's court ordering bankruptcy liquidation.
IV. Procedures:
The Company shall provide the necessary materials -- the business outlet of Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center where the Company's housing provident fund account is located shall review and handle it.
V. Time limit for handling:
If all the procedures are complete, they shall be completed on the spot.
